Access to finance plays a major role in the entrepreneurship development and economic growth of any country. It encourages new entrepreneurial initiatives. Timely access sustains survival micro, small, medium enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose this paper is explore challenges faced by MSMEs analyze their impact on business performance. survey was conducted 400 from various industrial clusters across India. samples were selected using quota sampling technique. conceptual framework developed tested structural equation model (SEM). Results show that firm attributes, sources finance, life cycle an MSME have significant positive its whereas financial obstacles negative prevents affects nation.
